REPORTS:

Financial reports for May 2026 were submitted.

Mgmt to report on transferring 6 months ($7431.58 per month) of reserve contributions from the operating account to the reserve account totaling $44,589.48.

Mgmt to report on architectural approval request to replace the patio cover at 2825 Dartmouth Drive.

Mgmt to report on Ferris Painting proposal received for 2825D, 2859D, and 2834K-2838K.

Mgmt to report on pest control chemicals used in pool area.

Mgmt to report on landscape design.
